Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. We decant the original scents directly from the manufacturer's bottles into our custom-sized travel sprays and glass vials.
How long will a sample spray last?
Our 0.75ml vials provide approximately 10-12 sprays, while our larger 5ml travel sprays offer roughly 65-70 sprays, allowing you to thoroughly test a scent before committing to a full bottle.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance samples. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days.
How should I store my perfume samples?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your samples in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer.
