At MicroPerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards, used atomizers and vials cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box to prevent breakage and attach the provided return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
